Our portable batteries are universally compatible, equipped with Type C, Micro USB, and Apple Lightning connectors, catering to a variety of devices. Our stations offer a seamless and user-friendly experience, complemented by our app, which allows users to easily pick up a battery, charge on the go, and return it at any of our locations. What charging ports are available?

Can it fully charge my device?
We cannot guarantee that it can fully charge your device. The pack is a means to stop your battery from dying, where a PIM machine is available (circumstances may vary). There are a limited number of battery pack available they maybe all in use or the machines maybe getting maintenance and out of service as we work on them to provide you with the best possible service. We will be using the app and our social media to announce locations of machines undergoing maintenance.
How do I return the power bank?
- Ready to send back your Charge24 power bank? Here’s what you need to do:
- Find the “Return” button with a grey or silver colour on the Charge24 unit’s right-hand side.
- Slot the power bank into the space marked by a flashing light.
- Look out for a notification on the display screen confirming the return or check your email for a receipt that acknowledges you’ve successfully completed the return process.
Can I charge multiple devices at once?
Yes, you can charge multiple devices with your PIM power bank, but for optimal performance, we suggest charging one device at a time. This ensures the power bank operates at peak efficiency and maintains its capacity effectively.
What about support and maintenance?
With PIM we conduct routine visits to your locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Our team keeps a close watch on the charging stations at your facility. This way, we’re immediately aware if there’s a need for maintenance, ensuring prompt action to keep your stations fully functional.
What if I don't want the machine anymore in my venue?
Reach out to us at +254 793 777 111, and our responsive team will promptly schedule the removal of our station for your convenience.
Is there a penalty for not returning the battery pack?
When you take a battery pack you are given two options between a 30 min charge @£2.99 and an 1 hour charge @£4.99. If you do not return the pack within 5 mins after the initial charge time you will be automatically charged the same amount as the initial charge. If the pack is not returned after 12 hours a £50 charge will be made to replace the battery. For further information please read the T&Cs.
