What charging ports are available?

Type C, Micro USB & Apple Lightning connector.

Can it fully charge my device?

We cannot guarantee that it can fully charge your device. The pack is a means to stop your battery from dying, where a PIM machine is available (circumstances may vary). There are a limited number of battery pack available they maybe all in use or the machines maybe getting maintenance and out of service as we work on them to provide you with the best possible service. We will be using the app and our social media to announce locations of machines undergoing maintenance.

How do I return the power bank?

  1. Ready to send back your PLUGINMOVE power bank? Here’s what you need to do:
  2. Find the “Return” button with a grey or silver colour on the PLUGINMOVE unit’s right-hand side.
  3. Slot the power bank into the space marked by a flashing light.
  4. Look out for a notification on the display screen confirming the return or check your email for a receipt that acknowledges you’ve successfully completed the return process.

Can I charge multiple devices at once?

Yes, you can charge multiple devices with your PIM power bank, but for optimal performance, we suggest charging one device at a time. This ensures the power bank operates at peak efficiency and maintains its capacity effectively.

What about support and maintenance?

With PIM we conduct routine visits to your locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Our team keeps a close watch on the charging stations at your facility. This way, we’re immediately aware if there’s a need for maintenance, ensuring prompt action to keep your stations fully functional.

What if I don't want the machine anymore in my venue?

Reach out to us at +44 (0)345 1632149, and our responsive team will promptly schedule the removal of our station for your convenience.

Is there a penalty for not returning the battery pack?

When you take a battery pack you are rental options. If you do not return the battery pack within 5 mins after the initial rental time you will be automatically charged the same amount as the initial charge. If the pack is not returned after 24 hours a £75 charge will be made to replace the battery. For further information please read the T&Cs.
